There is something different about paedeaplus. We are a fresh alternative to the flood of existing English institutes and programs here in Korea. We strive to provide a dynamic learning environment where students are genuinely engaged and motivated to learn English. Utilizing innovative in-house content and creative teaching techniques, paedeaplus challenges the current paradigm of English education in Korea.

Setting ourselves apart from the standard academic experiences in Korea, we focus on the acquisition of the language through a fun and relaxing environment for our students.

Our academies are equipped with state of the art libraries that consist of over 2,500 books.

Here at paedeaplus, we call our instructors Mentors.

Our Mentors go above and beyond the roles and responsibilities of a standard academy teacher. With genuine compassion, our Mentors spend more time with our students inside and outside of class.

Our Mentors are those who are seeking for a different method to educate our students.
We genuinely enjoy reading books in high volume. Seeking a different and innovative way of educating our ESL students, we strive to evolve the educational paradigm.

  • Full-Time Employment
    - Monday ~ Friday 1:00 pm ~ 9:00 pm (Normal Business Hours)
    - Monday ~ Friday 10:00 am ~ 7:00 pm (Summer & Winter Intensives)
    - Staff includes two other mentors, one branch manager, and a librarian
    - Entire curriculum provided by our R&D team
  • Training
    - We offer a paid-training for all our mentors
    - We hold monthly workshops and retraining sessions
  • Opportunities
    - Opportunities to outsource curriculum for our R&D team for extra compensation
    - Opportunities to work on Saturday as Librarian
    - Opportunities for promotion : Teacher Manager, Branch Manager, R&D member, etc.

  - We accept F-2, F-4, and F-6 visa applicants.
- An Alien Registration Card is required at the time of employment.
- We also accept Korean citizens who are fluent in spoken and written English.
- Apostilled Diploma (For those who graduated outside of Korea)
- Apostilled Criminal Background Check (for F-visa holders)
